About Brown Earth Landscapes Garden Design and Landscaping Scotland

The walls that Stone Inspired produce are the collaborative result of two Lothian-based wallers, Jason Hoffman and Richard Love. They work with a variety of stone types to produce a range of garden design and landscaping features - retaining walls, seats, free-standing walls, raised beds and steps.

Drystone features are great for the garden as they are free-draining, enviornmentally friendly (being built without mortar to bind it) and they look fantastic.

Jason and Richard are both professionally registered members of the Drystone Walling Association (DSWA). Although we live in the Edinburgh area, we regularly travel to projects further afield. Recent work has seen us in East Lothian, Fife, Aberdeen, Fraserburgh, the Scottish Borders, West Lothian and Glasgow.
